may I find strength within myself to overcome my challenges

May I find love and pass it to the ones I love
may I be true to myself and follow my spirit wherever it takes me
may I feel joy each day even in times of sorrow
may I make smart choices and never regret my decisions
may I always remember I am a part of the natural world, and my choices affect the well-being of others

May I harness within myself that divine force that changes past into present and present into future. may I go swiftly and steadily into that future and accept the challenges I have passed. May I find love for new beings and keep strong the love of the old.

Stepping stones to creative healing

All of the people you come across in life hold the potential to be a stepping stone toward creative growth and spiritual healing. All people play a part in your life and on your path. You choose the ways in which you open up to people and exchange energy. Energy can be exchanged in many different ways: Verbally, physically, through a medium of art, music, etc. You choose the people who you let in by how you release energy into the world. Human kind is all connected. figure out where you want to go. When you open up to people creatively, you can go anywhere you wish and accomplish the things you wish to achieve. Creating relationships requires time, space, and consistency. Creating a space to connect with people you can open up to higher potential.

Organic Manifestation

Good things cannot be forced. 

 They must manifest organically. 

 You have to let things develop naturally. 

 Focus your energy on the tasks at hand. 

 Teach what you know, lead from your heat, do what you can.

Speak the truth with love and conviction. 

Be resourceful and creative.  

Clear away the noise. 

Be in your body. 

 Be in your heart.

Kharma

When you look at a flower bed in the winter, one may say "there are no flowers" but the farmer who planted the flowers knows differently. Just because the seeds you have planted are not in bloom does not mean they are not there. When you put energy into the universe, you can trust that this energy will return later on. If it is good energy, it will bring you more good, if it is bad energy, it will be worse. The universe will realign you.

It is important to feel that your friends and loved ones understand you and your feelings. 

For spiritual growth, we need clear communication, sensitivity, and a sense of equality with others.

To get support, it is important to give support to others: 

Abandon the idea of being right all the time, 

become ok with not always being in control, 

and leave space for the input, ideas and opinions of others.  

Make others your focus and life will flow with spiritual energy.

Help them and they will help you.

Our state of mind determines our health. 

The greatest threats to good health are:

 and DOUBT. 

 This type of thinking causes the mind to work harder than it needs to which causes the physical body to shut down.  When we focus on the negative thoughts in our minds, we lose touch with our physical and spiritual selves. 

 Living in fear, unreal thoughts become real things. 

 These real things can manifest as physical and mental disease.

Seven Principles of Spiritual Healing

7 principles of spiritual healing
from the book: "the art of spiritual healing"

1- The ALL is mind. Universe is mental. The cosmic root of everything is the infinite creative mind.

2- As below, so above, as above, so below. Understanding the higher planes comes from a study of the lower. they are all connected.

3- Nothing rests. Everything moves, everything vibrates. Negative, or unrhythmic vibrations results in disease

4- Everything is dual with a pair of opposite poles. Like and unlike are the same, opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree, extremes meet, all truths are but ½ truths, all paradoxes may be reconciled.
Spirit= matter, spiritual energy can affect the physical world.

5- Everything flows out and in. Everything has its tides, all things rise and fall, the pendulum swing manifests in everything. The measure of the swing to the right is the same as the measure to the left. Rhythm compensates. The healer pays attention to the natural rhythms and compensates for diseased rhythms.

6- Every cause has its effect. Every effect has a cause, everythign happens according the the law, chance is but a name for the law not being recognized. There are many planes of causation, but nothing escapes the law.

7- Gender is in everything. Everything has its masculine and feminine principles. Gender manifests on all planes.
masculine = conscious mind, active, assertive
feminie= unconscious, passive, receptive.
both must be integrated for harmony and balance.
