THE RULES:
1) Post a photo of yourself during the submission period (March 12th-31st) wearing a costume
2) Hash tag it with #DressUpLightenUp and tag me in it (@chel.of.the.sea)

THE PRIZE:
One winner will be selected. Winner will get taken to dinner on me at the restaurant of their choice and dress ME up in whatever costume he/she chooses!

WHY AM I DOING THIS:
I love dressing up. I love that light, happy feeling that comes to people when they see you in a costume where they least expect it. I love this feeling so much that I want to inspire my friends and followers to get a taste of this joy... I hope you will join the fun and play along!
